Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
SpeakUp is built for mission-driven organizations, and we treat your data with the same care you bring to your work. This placeholder policy describes, in plain language, how we intend to handle the information you entrust to us.
01Information we collect
Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, and organization details.
Content you paste into SpeakUp — mission statements, press materials, and similar copy — for the purpose of generating audits and reports.
Usage information that helps us keep the service reliable and secure.
02How we use your information
To provide the service: measuring coverage, generating messaging audits, and surfacing opportunities.
To secure the platform, including keeping each organization’s data isolated from every other organization’s.
We do not sell your personal information.
03Data isolation and security
Every organization’s records are separated at the database level using row-level security, so members of one organization can never read another’s data.
Access within an organization is governed by roles (admin, editor, viewer), enforced on the server.
04Your choices and rights
Admins can export or delete their organization’s data at any time, including a full deletion that removes all associated records.
Contact us to exercise data-access or deletion requests.
